At Wellvire, we’re proud to offer free shipping on all orders—because getting the products you love shouldn’t come with extra fees.
Order Processing Times
Please allow 1–3 business days for us to process and dispatch your order. Once dispatched, your order will be in transit with the shipping carrier en route to your chosen address.
During peak times and holidays, processing times may take up to 7 business days.
Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery timeframes begin after your order has been dispatched and vary based on your location. You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order ships.

📦 Rest of World: 10–20 business days
Please note that shipping carriers may experience delays during holidays or due to customs and international transit conditions. These delays are outside of our control.
Order Changes & Accurate Shipping Info
It’s your responsibility to enter the correct shipping details at checkout. Incomplete or inaccurate information can result in delays or order cancellation.
If an error is detected in your shipping address, our team may contact you by email within 3 business days. If we do not receive a response, your order may be canceled.
To make changes to your order, please email us at contactsupport@wellvire.com within 24 hours of placing your order. We will do our best to make the change, but we cannot guarantee modifications after this window.
Delivery Delays
We work hard to ensure your order arrives on time. However, delays may occur due to external factors such as courier issues, weather disruptions, customs inspections, or supply chain interruptions.
We’ll always notify you of any major issues affecting your order and will stay in contact until it’s resolved. Please understand that Wellvire cannot guarantee exact delivery dates or be held liable for delays beyond our control.
Missing Packages?
Once your order is handed off to our shipping carrier, it is considered out of our control. If your package is lost or stolen during delivery, please contact us at contactsupport@wellvire.com.
We recommend filing a claim directly with the courier for the fastest resolution. We will also follow up with the carrier on your behalf and do everything we can to assist. While these situations fall outside our refund policy, we may offer a replacement depending on the specific case.
