At Wellvire, we’re proud to offer free shipping on all orders—because getting the products you love shouldn’t come with extra fees.


Order Processing Times

Please allow 1–3 business days for us to process and dispatch your order. Once dispatched, your order will be in transit with the shipping carrier en route to your chosen address.
During peak times and holidays, processing times may take up to 7 business days.


Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery timeframes begin after your order has been dispatched and vary based on your location. You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order ships.

📦 United States: 5–9 business days
📦 Canada: 7–12 business days
📦 United Kingdom: 7–14 business days
📦 Australia: 7–14 business days
📦 Rest of World: 10–20 business days

Please note that shipping carriers may experience delays during holidays or due to customs and international transit conditions. These delays are outside of our control.


Order Changes & Accurate Shipping Info

It’s your responsibility to enter the correct shipping details at checkout. Incomplete or inaccurate information can result in delays or order cancellation.

If an error is detected in your shipping address, our team may contact you by email within 3 business days. If we don’t hear back, we may need to dispatch to the address provided to avoid delays.

To make changes to your order, please email us at contactsupport@wellvire.com within 24 hours of placing your order. We will do our best to make the change, but we cannot guarantee modifications after this window.


Delivery Delays

We work hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Delivery times are estimates and may be impacted by external factors like carrier congestion, weather, customs inspections, or peak holiday periods.
If your tracking is updating, your parcel is still moving through the network and may arrive a little later than expected.

When we escalate to an investigation
If your tracking shows no movement for 14 business days, please contact us and we will open a carrier investigation.


Missing Packages / Lost in Transit

If tracking shows your parcel has been delivered but you haven’t received it, please check around your property (safe place), with household members, and with neighbours/building management first. Then contact us and we’ll assist.

If a parcel is lost in transit (for example, tracking shows no movement beyond the investigation thresholds above), we will open an investigation with the carrier. If the carrier confirms the parcel is lost (or cannot locate it within the investigation timeframe), we will offer a replacement or a refund.

Note: We are not able to guarantee exact delivery dates, but we will support you through the investigation process where needed.


Shipping Policy Updates

Wellvire reserves the right to update or modify this Shipping Policy at any time. It is the responsibility of the customer to review the most current version prior to purchasing.

By completing a purchase and continuing to use Wellvire products, you are agreeing to the terms of this policy that are in effect at the time of purchase.
