Wellvire Refund & Return Policy
At Wellvire, we’re committed to helping you breathe easier and feel more comfortable in your home. We believe in the effectiveness of our products and recommend giving them at least 14 days of consistent use before deciding on a return.
If you’re not fully satisfied after 14 days and you're still within our 60-Day Money Back Guarantee, we’re here to help. Just reach out to us at contactsupport@wellvire.com.
Cancellation Policy
Need to cancel or make changes to your order? No problem—just contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. After that, your order may have already entered the processing stage and we may be unable to make changes.
If your cancellation request is made within the 24-hour window, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.
60-Day Money Back Guarantee
We’re confident you’ll love the results. But if, after giving the product a try for at least 14 days, you’re not completely satisfied, you’re eligible for a refund under our 60-Day Money Back Guarantee — simply return the product within 60 days of delivery, even if it’s been opened or used.
Condition of returns (important):
To qualify for a full refund under this guarantee, returns must be received with the product and all items originally supplied (including any manuals/inserts and protective sleeves/packaging where provided), and in a condition that is reasonably resalable.
If a return is received missing components (e.g., manual/inserts/sleeves) or with defaced/damaged retail packaging (for example, writing, labels, or markings on the product box), we may issue a partial refund of up to 50% to reflect diminished value and repackaging/replacement costs, or we may decline the guarantee claim and return the items to the sender upon request.
Shipping fees & return shipping:
Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, including international postage, unless the item is defective. All returns are processed through our facility in Adelaide, Australia.
Defective items:
If your item is defective, you may be entitled to a remedy (repair, replacement, or refund) and we will cover reasonable return shipping costs where required.
How to start a return:
To start a return, email contactsupport@wellvire.com or fill out the form on our Contact Us page. Be sure to include your Order Number or the name and email address used during checkout so we can assist you as quickly as possible.
Damaged Items
We package all orders with care, but if your item arrives physically broken or defective, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery.
Email us at contactsupport@wellvire.com with a clear photo of the damage. If eligible, we’ll send you a replacement at no additional cost.
Please note: Cosmetic damage to packaging (like dented boxes) does not qualify as a damaged item if the product itself is in good condition. We do not accept returns for items damaged due to misuse, normal wear and tear, or improper handling.
Shipping & Delivery
While we work hard to ensure timely delivery, delays caused by couriers, customs, or external factors are beyond our control.
For issues like lost, delayed, or stolen packages, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly. Unfortunately, Wellvire is not liable for these delivery issues once the package has left our warehouse.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping details before submitting your order. If you enter an incorrect address and don’t notify us within 24 hours, we won’t be able to guarantee a refund or resend.
Policy Updates
We may update this Refund & Return Policy at any time. By purchasing and continuing to use Wellvire products, you agree to the terms outlined in the most current version of this policy.
Partial Refunds (Keep Item Option)
In some cases, customers may be offered a partial refund to keep their item instead of returning it. Partial refunds apply only to the product value (not shipping, taxes, or warranty add-ons) and are issued at our discretion.

What’s covered
This plan covers replacement for the following events occurring during the 2-year coverage period:

Manufacturing defects / faults under normal indoor household use (e.g., stops working, internal fault).

Accidental damage (e.g., dropped and damaged, cracked housing).

Power-related damage (e.g., power surge damage).

Misuse (reasonable everyday misuse scenarios), subject to the exclusions below.
What we provide (remedy)

Approved claims are remedied by replacement (our choice of same model, or equivalent if discontinued).

Replacement devices may be new or refurbished and are covered for the remainder of your plan term.
What’s NOT covered (exclusions)
To keep pricing fair, this plan does not cover:

Intentional damage or wilful destruction.

Loss or theft.
-
Commercial / industrial use or use in environments outside normal residential indoor use.

Damage caused by unsafe power sources (e.g., generator use with unstable output) or illegal/unauthorised electrical modifications.

Repeated claims that indicate deliberate misuse or abuse (see “Fair use limits”).

Cosmetic issues only that do not affect function (unless part of accidental damage claim).
Fair use limits (anti-abuse)
This plan is designed for genuine coverage, not unlimited replacements:

Maximum 2 replacements per device during the 2-year period.

Maximum 1 replacement claim per device per 90 days.

For approved claims, we cover standard replacement shipping.

In some cases we may request return of the original unit; if required, we’ll provide instructions.
How to make a claim
Email our support team with:

Order number (or purchaser email),

a short description of what happened,

a 30–60 second video showing the issue (and your power outlet/adapter setup),

a photo of the device label/plug.
Approval time: We aim to assess claims within 1–2 business days once we receive the required info.
Refunds for the plan

The plan fee is refundable within 30 days of purchase only if no claim has been made.

Once a claim is approved, the plan fee is non-refundable.
Lifetime Protection (Replacement Plan)

Definition of “Lifetime”
“Lifetime” means for as long as the original purchaser owns the IonFlow device.

Same coverage as the 2-Year plan:

Refunds for the plan

Coverage is for the original purchaser
These plans are not transferable and apply to the original purchaser tied to the original order.
Replacement does not automatically reset coverage
Replacements are covered for the remainder of your plan term (2-Year) or under the Lifetime terms (Lifetime).
Misuse coverage is not unlimited
We cover reasonable everyday mishaps, but we reserve the right to refuse claims that show intentional damage, fraud, or repeated abuse.
We may require verification
We may request additional verification (e.g., extra photos, return of device) to approve a claim.
